Social Media Strategy
Today it's difficult to find a business that doesn't use social media in some shape or form. However, simply having an account isn't enough, and there's a clear divide between businesses who have signed up without a plan, and those harnessing the power of popular and emerging platforms and tools. There's no one-size-fits all approach though, so I work with brands to set objectives and build social media strategies which align with your wider business and communications goals.

Leadership and Advocacy
Business leaders and employees engaging with traditional and new media in a professional capacity is the new norm. My approach to leadership and advocacy is built on the importance of everyone playing a role, spotlighting your bench strength while empowering your employees to become real advocates of your business who can drive your agenda and protect your brand from the inside. I work with business leaders to review and refresh spokesperson models, introduce new tools and policies, and collaborate with leaders on a 1:1 basis - you can find more on that here.
